Kathleen relocated to Cape May in 1996 after years of vacationing in the area with family and friends. She has worked full time in Real Estate since 1997. She received her GRI designation in 2002 and her Broker's License in 2003.
Kathleen has a background in the food service industry. She worked in a family restaurant and then owned her own restaurant, "Kathleen's" in Philadelphia.
Kathleen is currently 2008 Immediate Past President of Cape May County Association of Realtors® and was 2007 President of the Cape May County Association of Realtors® She has been actively involved in the organization over the past six years. She has volunteered on many committees and was instrumental in forming the REACH Program (Realtors Education and Career Helpline) as well as the Public Awareness Campaign of 2007 in conjunction with the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce for all of Cape May County. As President in 2007 Kathleen was able to institute the Career Enhancement Program (CEP) for continuing education for members of the Real Estate Association. Kathleen was recognized as Realtor of the Year in 2003. Kathleen is a past Director, served as Secretary in 2004 and as Vice President for 2006.
Community involvement is also important to Kathleen. As a member of the Women's Community Club of Cape May , she takes an active part in the programs her club offers and works to promote their fund raising activities as Chairperson of the Annual Peach Festival. Kathleen is currently serving as the 1st Vice President of the Women's Club for 2008-2009.
When working with both buyers and sellers, Kathleen demands service, confidentiality and respect for all.
